Cancellation Policy/No Show Fee
Sedans, SUVs requires four-hour notification prior to scheduled pickup in the US (based on the local time zone of the pickup location), if international to avoid a late cancellation or no-show penalty. We encourage you to call us once any changes or updates may occur. If you are no show to your scheduled ride, we will charge the full amount of the quoted journey. [NON-REFUNDABLE]
Flat rate transfer service to/from local Bay Area airports will have an hour grace period for domestic arrivals and two hours for international. If wait time exceeds the grace period, the trip will be billed on an hourly basis.
Curbside Pick Up
After arriving at the airport, call us and a driver will pick you up within approximately 5 minutes depending on airport traffic. If you have additional request, call 510-833-4369.
Meet and Greet Services
Our driver will meet you with a sign inside the airport arrival hall and assist you with your luggage upon your request. This has an additional $60 fee. If you have any questions, please call 510-833-4369
Point to Point
All services will have 15 min grace period from the scheduled time. In the event your wait time exceeds the grace period the trip will turn into an hourly charge except in the case of an As Directed/Hourly scheduled service. Billing will occur at the scheduled time. Any extra stops will be $20 per stop.
Suni Rides Limousine Chauffeured Service has standardized routes with flat-rate pricing for travel to/ from most major cities and airports. Waiting time is defined as the length of time that elapses between a scheduled pickup and a passenger getting into the reserved vehicle. After a five (15) minute grace period on all flat-rate trips that do not begin at an airport, there is an $1.00 charge for every minute a chauffeur is waiting. Passenger-requested stops on route during a flat-rate trip will be charged at $20.00 per five (5) minute increment. Passenger-requested stops off route during a flat-rate trip will be charged the prevailing hourly rate.
The hours stipulated at the time of booking will be deemed as chargeable hours. Example: reservation booked for 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM = 8 hours. If you decide to end the charter early at 2:00 PM. you will still be billed for the 8 hours as we still must pay our driver for the full amount of time they were Dispatched for. If your charter goes over the requested Drop Off Time, the overtime rate will apply equal to the hourly rate quoted at the time of booking. NOTE: All charter rates are for the Greater Bay Area, Rates listed are for four hours minimum. The charter rates are portal to portal. Gratuity and Fees are NOT included. All vehicles are NON-smoking, no food and drink (except water), Alcohol and drug use is prohibited by law. Cleaning fees may apply for incidental vomiting and any type of bodily fluid; occurrences may be charged cleaning/fumigation of $300 – $1000.
Lost & Found
Suni Rides is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. If required to ship any lost item(s), IT WILL BE AT THE OWNER’S EXPENSE. Please do remember to take your personal belongings with you.
